Product Resale: Please note that our products are exclusively available for resale purposes. We do not engage in direct sales to end consumers.

Licensing Requirements: In order to proceed with a purchase, you must possess a valid State Tobacco License and a Seller's Permit.

Nicotine Products and Taxes: All nicotine products listed on our website have already been taxed in accordance with California state laws.

Minimum Purchase Amount: Please be aware that there is a minimum order requirement of $500 to qualify for a purchase.

Order Processing and Confirmation: Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. To finalize and approve your order, we require a phone confirmation directly from you.

Age Restriction: All items available on our website are intended for adults aged 21 and over.

Product Returns and Exchanges: Nicotine products are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. For other items, returns are accepted within 2 weeks of purchase, provided they are unused and in their original packaging. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Exchanges will be processed as store credit towards your next purchase. Please note that a restocking fee of 40% will apply to any used items returned.

Payment and Fees: If you choose to pay via credit card, a fee of 2-3% of the total invoice amount will be applied. Alternatively, you may opt for bank deposit, wire transfer, or Zelle as your payment method.

Price Adjustments for Returns: Items returned after 15 days from purchase will be credited at their current price, not the original purchase price, if applicable.

Shipping and Insurance: Once your order is handed over to the shipping company, it is your responsibility to track the shipment.
